Take atomic notes

• Atomic notes are just that - atomic.
  These are independent blocks of ideas, questions, evidences and conclusions which can be either consumed standalone, or linked together to form a chain of thought.
• Each Q, E and C (from QEC Method of Note taking) should be its own note.
